Arafa Zubeir Marzuk is a Legal Officer at MIF, where she is responsible for overseeing all legal matters within the foundation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. She provides legal advice, reviews and drafts contracts, and supports the foundation in managing legal and regulatory risks.

She also plays a key role in the preparation, review, and negotiation of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) entered into between MIF and both private and public institutions, ensuring that all agreements are legally sound, clear, and in the best interest of the organization.

In addition, she is temporarily supporting the Human Resources (HR) function, where she assists in handling employee-related matters and internal administrative processes.
